An Evening with Abigail Adams

What might Abigail Adams have to say about the founding of our nation and the people who shaped it? Join the Village of Thornton Historical Society on October 26 as actress and scholar Leslie Goddard brings her story to life.

Through this portrayal, we’ll get to know Abigail’s outspoken personality, her devotion to her country, and her partnership with John Adams. It’s a chance to experience history through the humor, opinions, and personal stories of a woman who witnessed it firsthand.

The program is free and open to everyone. See the flyer below for the time, location, and contact information. We hope you’ll join us!
